[What is St. John's wort]

St. John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum) has a history of use as a medicine dating back to ancient Greece, where it was used for a range of illnesses, including various nervous disorders. Dressing:

1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup Ranch dressing
2 tsp red wine vinegar
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp minced dry onion (or use a couple of tbsp of minced fresh onion)
1/4 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp parsley (or 1 tbsp fresh, finely chopped)
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt (to taste)

Main part of salad
1 cup of uncooked pasta, cooked drained and rinsed in cold water, drain
3/4 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup cubed cheese
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds (I used the salted kind because that’s all I could find)
Add or remove any veggie that you would like in this
1 cup diced cooked chicken (optional)
2 boiled eggs chopped (optional)
