Hola a todos los seguidores del Blog del Runner. Como sabéis soy un corredor Minimalista y durante los dos últimos años estoy haciendo más de 100 kilómetros a la semana, por lo cual una de mis preocupaciones es tener una alimentación lo más sana y alcalina posible.
Hoy quiero mostraros el desayuno que yo estoy tomando, que es 100% natural y alcalino.
Es ideal para empezar el día limpiando nuestros filtros: riñones, hígado y pulmones, y para reestablecer nuestros niveles de energía.
Se trata de un desayuno completísimo y totalmente libre de azúcares refinados, grasas saturadas, aditivos químicos y harinas refinadas.
Este desayuno se compone de cuatro piezas de fruta y una infusión.
La manzana nos aporta fibra soluble, pectina, hasta siete aminoácidos, azúcares, catequina, quercitina, minerales… Además de 60 kcal por cada 100 gramos. El índice glucémico es 38.
El kiwi nos aporta un gran contenido de vitamina C. Además es un reparador muscular muy importante, se trata de un excelente antioxidante y nos reporta mucha fibra soluble. Aporta 56 kcal cada 100 gramos con un índice glucémico de 53.
El plátano nos aporta un gran contenido de hidratos de carbono, bajo contenido en grasas, la presencia de fibra, gran riqueza de potasio y es rico en magnesio. Tiene un poder calórico de 90 kcal cada 100 gramos y un índice glucémico de 52.
La pera nos aporta gran cantidad de vitamina C, un alto contenido en peptina, rica en azúcares naturales y en minerales, como potasio, magnesio, iodo, hierro, etc. Nos aporta, 58 kcal cada 100 gramos y un índice glucémico de 38.
La infusión la realizamos con las siguientes hierbas: cola de caballo 10%, boldo 30%, diente de león 30%, gordolobo 30%. Completamos esta infusión añadiendo 80 gramos de copos de avena de cultivo ecológico. Añadimos 1 ó 2 cucharadas de miel de origen ecológico. Otra opción para aquellos que no quieran sumar calorías es utilizar extracto de Stevia, un endulzante 100% natural, no calórico.
Los beneficios que nos aportan de estas hierbas son:
Cola de caballo: se trata de una de las plantas más diuréticas, reduce el ácido úrico y combate la artritis y la gota. Recomendada para reparar tejidos óseos deteriorados.
Boldo: con propiedades protectoras para el hígado y el estómago. Tiene sustancias tales como la boldina y el cineal, y entre los flavonoides que contiene destacan las catequinas. Adecuada para reducir el colesterol y las transaminasas por su acción depurativa sobre el hígado.
Diente de león: con propiedades depurativas tanto del hígado como del sistema digestivo. Rico en hidratos de carbono, vitaminas de los grupos B y C, alto contenido en potasio.
Gordolobo: recomendado por sus virtudes balsámicas sobre las vías respiratorias. Es expectorante, con acción protectora sobre todos los tejidos del cuerpo.
Para hacer la infusión mezclamos las cuatro hierbas y las colocamos en el filtro.
Si quieres potenciar la alcalinidad de este desayuno, puedes hacer la infusión con agua alcalina. El agua alcalina se obtiene mediante electrólisis del agua corriente, adquiriendo así muchas propiedades totalmente distintas. Es un excelente remedio estimulante y tonificante, sube la presión arterial, aumenta la vitalidad y energía, mejora el apetito y acelera el metabolismo.
Dejamos reposar cinco minutos y retiramos el filtro.
Añadimos una o dos cucharadas de miel. La miel es una gran fuente de fructosa y glucosa, rica en enzimas y minerales, con un índice glucémico de 55, mucho menor que los azúcares. Es diurética con propiedades anti bacterianas.
A continuación ponemos copos de avena. La avena es ideal para luchar contra la diabetes, ya que tiene un índice glucémico bajo. La avena nos ayuda a reducir el colesterol malo y cuida de nuestro corazón. Es un buen protector de la mucosa gástrica y además tiene efectos depurativos sobre los riñones y la vejiga.
