Introduction

Pomegranate, (Punica granatum L in Latin), belongs to the family Punicaceae which includes only one genus and two species. The tree is native from Iran to the Himalayas in northern India and has been cultivated since ancient times throughout the Mediterranean region of Asia, Africa and Europe.

Pomegranate offers abundant benefits for the cardiovascular system by preventing damage to arterial walls, promoting healthy blood pressure levels, improving blood flow to the heart, and preventing or reversing atherosclerosis.

Pomegranate may benefit people with diabetes and those at risk for the disease. It helps lower after-meal blood sugar levels and protects the cardiovascular system from diabetes-induced damage.

Pomegranate shows promise in killing prostate cancer cells, whether the cells are hormone-sensitive or not. Pomegranate also helped halt the progression of prostate cancer in men who had undergone surgery or radiation for the disease.

Pomegranate may fight the degeneration of joint tissue that leads to painful osteoarthritis, and may protect the brain against oxidative stress-induced changes that can lead to Alzheimer’s. Pomegranate extracts—alone or in combination with the herb gotu kola—help kill the bacteria that contribute to dental plaque, while helping to heal gum disease. Pomegranate also appears to protect the health of the skin and liver.

Toothpaste is a gel or paste type of substance which is applied to a toothbrush to clean the teeth. This mainly white substance removes particles of food and plaque from your teeth and prevents bad breath (halitosis) as well.Toothpaste contains a range of ingredients, for example fluoride which helps to protect the teeth against tooth decay and gum disease.Toothpaste is an important part of a daily dental care routine and dentists recommend that people use it twice a day. Ideally, you would brush your teeth after every meal but failing that, twice a day will do.
What is guat gum?
A hydrophilic polysaccharide from the seed of the guar plant. It is a galactomannan type of saccharide that is highly dispersible into water and brines of various types and salinity. Its water solutions are non-Newtonian and also can be cross-linked by borax to give very high gel strength for suspension. Such a structure is easily broken by breakers in fracturing fluids, so it serves as a carrier for placing sand far back into fractures. It is also used as a top-hole drilling fluid. Disadvantages of using guar gum include its lack of thermal stability and sensitivity to high pH and bacterial fermentation.
About Slime:
Slime was a toy product manufactured by pillo, sold in a plastic trash can and introduced in the winter of 1976. It consisted of a non-toxic viscous, squishy and oozy green or other color material made primarily from guar gum.[1] Different variations of Slime were released over the years, including Slime containing rubber insects, eyeballs, and worms and Masters of the Universe Slime for Hordak’s Slime Pit playset in the 1980s.
The late 1970s also introduced a Slime Monster board game; the object of the game was to avoid having your game piece slimed on by a foot-tall plastic monster that had slime oozing from its mouth. Other toy companies have produced their own slime such as the Ecto-Plazm play gel[2] sold with select figures in Kenner’s Real Ghostbusters toyline. Playmates’ Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles figure line also had Retro-Mutagen slime sold in containers and included with playsets.
he main components are the polysaccharide guar gum and sodium tetraborate. As an alternative to the polysaccharide, other alcohol-group containing polymers (such as polyvinyl alcohol) may be used to a similar result. These non-polysacharide polymer products are more often referred to as flubber.
Polyvinyl acetate (Elmer’s glue), borax and water can also be used to approximate Slime’s characteristics.

Ingredients

Steps
1. Start by setting up the lip stick tubes in the pouring tray. 

2. Make your base by placing the following in ingredients in a small plastic microwave safe measuring beaker

3. Microwave in for 60 seconds.

4. Mix your colors. This can get very messy so please make sure you wear latex gloves, cover your surface etc.

5. You can create any color using different oxides and mica

6. Place 8 tsp of chia seed in glass or plastic container. 

7. Add 3 tsp coral mica, 6 tsp of cellini mica and 6 tsp bubble gum oxide. Use a tiny whisk to combine well, making sure all the lumps have disappeared. Use a heat-safe paper cup (from a coffee shop is fine) to melt your waxes and oils.

8. Use an old plastic yogurt or sour cream container to mix your color and chia oil

9. Add the color mixture to the oils, Blend well with a popsicle stick.

10. Carefully pour into molds. You can use a scraper to remove excess, so don’t worry about over-filling.

11. Leave to set for a couple of hours. 
Please Note: Using these colors and waxes can get messy! I recommend you use jars, cups and utensils that you don’t mind if they take on a bit of the dye. To clean them, wipe out as much as you can with a paper towel, then use very hot water with dish soap, and clean wearing a pair of latex gloves that you can toss after.
