Garlic is a key herb that you can start using today to treat a yeast infection. Crushed up garlic will kill Candida yeast rapidly when you apply it directly to the infected area. You may want to experiment with lower amounts at first; as crushed garlic may cause skin irritation. The gastric juices of the stomach are too acidic and deactivate this key enzyme.
