About 2 years ago I was feeling wasted tired all the time and depressed with very little drive. After seeing my doctor and after a blood test we discovered that I had low testosterone levels, (I’m only 36 years old right now). So my doctor prescribed testosterone. I didn’t like the way it made me feel, so I quit taking it. Over the past two years I have tried many multi-vitamins and green drink products taking them on faith, thinking in the back of my mind that I’m doing what’s best for my body. I didn’t really feel much different but kept taking them anyway.
Early in December 04′ I started reading about Bee products and their health benefits, the more I read the more impressed I became. If you think you have allergies, you must start off taking fresh bee pollen in a very very small amount and build up very, very slowly. Over months, you body will start building up immunities to these pollens. When I say small amount, I mean exactly that. Natural pollen granules are about the size of a BB or smaller. Each granule is like a finger print, each one is shaped differently.
