5-HTP is a new, non-addictive supplement designed to help with a number of common health issues.

It works by helping to raise the levels of a chemical in the brain called Serotonin. This is often known as the ‘Happy Drug’ in the brain. When used with the correct dosage, 5-HTP can help as a food suppressant, and may also help with depression and sleep issues.
