ok so usually I don’t do this but I wanted to share my progress with these green tea pills because I am very happy with the results so far. so I started taking these on 2/22/16 weighing in at 394.4 taking 4 pills a day, now I did not always take them before I ate but I took them every day with about 2ltrs of water a day and I weighed in this morning 3/7/16 at 386.4 KEEP IN MIND not only do I drink 2ltrs of water a day but the same day I started taking the pills is the same day I started a low carb diet eating no more then 50-100 carbs a day most of the time I stay under 50 carbs and I also started working out 3-4 times a week so it’s not just the pills BUT they definitely work with boosting my metabolism and curbing my appetite…..so all in all I love these pills and I don’t have any side effect AT ALL but then again I only been taking the pills for two weeks so I will continue to take the pills and I will keep you updated with my progress. Please do not judge me and my weight I’m only sharing my progress because I feel like a lot of these reviews are paid reviews and lies and people need to know that these really do work but everybody is different what works for me may not work for you, I will update on 3/21/16 on my next weigh in.

UPDATE: Ok so today is 3/21/16 and as I promised I am back with my two week update. So at my last weigh in on 3/7/16 I was at 386.4lbs and TODAY I weighed in at 376.4lbs and I AM SOOO HAPPY!!!! these pills really do work (FOR ME) I still take the pills EVERY DAY 4X/DAY and I still drink 2ltrs of water a day, stay under 50 carbs and work out 3-4 times a week AND I STILL DON’T HAVE ANY SIDE EFFECTS. I love that these pills help me control my eating because with out them I don’t think I would be as successful as I am today. My next weigh in is on 4/4/16 and I will come back to keep you guys updated, KEEP IN MIND: EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT. WHAT WORK’S FOR ME MAY NOT WORK FOR YOU.

UPDATE: ok so I am soooo late I know I was supposed to update on 4/4/16 but it has been a crazy week so here is my update. Ok so on 4/4/16 I weighed in at 366.2 so I lost 10lbs since the last weigh in and I am so happy!! my next weigh in is 4/18/16 so I will update at that time.
