    Nous avons fait une double extraction avec elles pour faire une médecine facilement accessible .. essentiellement i briser les champignons, autant que possible,reduire en poudre puis les mettre dans un bocal et couvrir avec 50/50 eau / grain alchohol, vous pouvez également utiliser la vodka qui est essentiellement 50% eau de toute façon … Verser juste assez pour couvrir les champignons et le secouer une fois par jour pendant 4 semaines … après 4 semaines vous avez une teinture . A partir d’ici je fais un autre extrait avec de l’eau bouillie, appelé une décoction .. i prendre environ hte même quantité de champignons que j’ai utilisé pour le premier processus et les faire bouillir dans 4fois la quantité de liquide que j’ai mis, il suffit d’utiliser de l’eau ordinaire .. faire bouillir jusqu’à ce que vous avez essentiellement la même quantité de décoction que vous avez teinture et laissez-le refroidir, une fois froid ajoutez-le à la teinture et vous avez vous-même une double extraction .. cette façon, vous obtenez les propriétés solubles dans l’eau et ceux Alcool solubles .. j’aime faire mon champignon med extrait cette façon ..

    I have made a double extraction with it to make a more readily available medicine…essentially i break up the mushrooms as much as possible, then put them in a jar and cover with 50/50 water/grain alchohol, you can also use vodka. pour just enough to cover the mushrooms and shake it once a day for 4 weeks… after 4 weeks strain and you have whats called a tincture… from here i make another extract using hot water, called a decoction.. i take about hte same amount of mushrooms i used for the first process and boil them in 4times the amount of liquid i have left over after straining(not to boil the alchhool extract careful) just use plain water.. boil it down till you have the same amount of decoction as you have tincture and let it cool, once cool add it to the tincture and you have yourself a double extraction.. this way you get the water soluble properties and the alchohol soluble ones.. this person to do all their med mushroom extracts this way..
