I am here again with my new recipe of Sweet pupkin. 1.Pumpkin is a very popular Indian sweet dish. 2.Pumpkin seed oil is full of Phytoestrogens which are beneficial for preventing hypertension. 3.Pumpkin has VitaminA.Also helps form and maintain healthy skin ,teeth and bones. lngredients————-
1.Chopped pumpkin- 1kg. 2. sugar or gur – 100grm. 3.Green cardamom – 3-4 4.Clove- 3-4 5.Pure ghee – 4tsp. 6.Fenel – 1tsp. 7.Coconut powder – 3tps. How to prepare recipe. 1.First peel and than cut in to small pieces. 2.Put ghee in a pot. 3.Add sonf, elaichy and clove powder in a pan till they turns into golden colour. 4.Add kaddu pieces. 5.Add sugar or gur and cook till the sugar melts. 6.When kaddu thickens and turns into brownish colour then turn off your gas. 7.Sprinkle the coconut powder and garnish.
