1 can garbanzo beans (with ¼ c. juice from beans)
2 tbsp. olive oil (extra virgin, cold-pressed)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. tahini
1 tsp. sea salt
1 clove fresh garlic or ½-1 tsp garlic powder
*Alternative Hummus Variations: Roasted Red Pepper, Kalamata Olive, Black Bean
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth, desired consistency.

1. Boiled potato – 3 medium (boil it up to 60% by adding salt)
2. Onion – 1/2 , ginger – 1 inch and garlic – 3 cloves (crushed)
3. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
4. Kashmiri chili powder – 1 tsp (or add any chili powder as required)
5. Salt as per taste
6. Mustard oil – 5 tsp or add as required
Note :
** Boil the potato up to 60% by adding some salt **
** Use Mustard oil as it gives very nice aroma and taste to this dish
** Take kashmiri chili powder to get the better look of this recipe **
** Do not make a fine paste of onion , ginger and garlic **
** At a time add and mix only 3-4 pieces of boiled potato into the masala , otherwise it might broken **
