[What is Epimedium?]

Epimedium extract is a popular aphrodisiac supplement and herbal sexual performance enhancer.It has a long history of traditional use in China for the alleviation of erectile dysfunction and for improving libido and fertility.

Also known as Horny Goat Weed, this supplement supposedly got its name after a farmer noticed that his flock of goats were particularly aroused after eating flowers of a specific type. These Epimedium flowers contain icariin, which is a natural compound that increases blood flow to sexual organs and promotes sex drive. Icariin has been found to increase Nitric Oxide synthesis as well as inhibiting the activity of the PDE-5 enzyme

Epimedium extracts powder contain an active phytochemical called icariin.Icariin has been observed to exhibit a number of useful traits, including renoprotective (liver protecting) hepatoprotective (kidney protecting), cardioprotective (heart protecting) and neuroprotective (brain protecting) effects.

It is also an antioxidant and can cause vasodilation. It exhibits antimicrobial characteristics and is thought to act as an aphrodisiac.

Icariin is classified as a flavonol glycoside, which is a type of flavonoid. Specifically, icariin is the 8-prenyl derivation of kaempferol 3,7-O-diglucoside, a prevalent and important flavonoid.

Melon seeds 2 tb
Cumin seeds 1 ts
Pumpkin seeds 2 tb

Green chilly chopped 3 n

First remove the skin of baby pumpkin, and scoop out the seeds and punch it with the help of fork.

Stuffing:
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, small pieces of potatoes, cook this, and turmeric, salt, add seeds of pumpkin, chilly powder, cook for some time, take this mixture and stuff it in the baby pumpkin.

Heat oil in a pan and add Shahi jeera, bay leaf, (chilly powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric, hing, coriander powder, and add water and mix it) add this mixture in to the oil and add cashew nut, and melon seeds paste, green chilly, and beaten yogurt and cook for some time, add stuffed baby pumpkins, lid on and cook for some time, switch off the flame.
Serve this hot with roti, rice.

For some time, forever living on YouTube and Facebook – some deceptive videos – of Forever Living selling aloe vera in gel to drink, where the alleged effectiveness of aloe vera juice is shown through an experiment in which water, Iodine dye and aloe vera juice. The experiment aims to demonstrate how pure aloe vera juice can purify water (and likewise the body from impurities) by dissolving iodine dye. Obviously in the video, the only aloe vera juice that can “purify” the water is that of the brand that has spread the film.

Those who do not have a profound knowledge of chemistry can escape the trick! In fact, the property of dissolving – or rather discoloring – iodine dyeing is not true aloe, but vitamin C, whose chemical name is Ascorbic Acid, present in the ingredients of the true Aloe distributed by Forever Living. This is a simple oxidation reaction between an oxidizing component (iodine dye) and an antioxidant component (ascorbic acid or Vitamin C). The same decolorization process – not purification – is also carried out in the same way by pouring into a water mixture and iodine dye a simple water meter in which the same quantity of ascorbic acid declared as present in 100 grams of Forever Living product was dissolved. In addition, the true active ingredient of the true yeast drink is the concentration of polysaccharides, absent in the true drink of the product in question.
