410g plain flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
zest of 2 clementines, satsumas, tangerines etc
40g dried cranberries, chopped really finely
225g unsalted butter, soft
190g caster sugar
60g cream cheese
1 lg free range egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
