[What is bilberry fruit]

Bilberry (Vaccinium Myrtillus L.) is a kind of perennial deciduous or evergreen fruit shrubs, mainly found in subarctic regions of the world as in Sweden, Finland and Ukraine, etc. Bilberries contain dense levels of anthocyanin pigments, which was said popularly to have been used by World War II RAF pilots to sharpen night vision. In fork medicine, Europeans have been taking bilberry for a hundred years. Bilberry extracts entered the healthcare market as a kind of dietary supplement for effects on vision enhancement and visual fatigue relief.

이 레시피는 정말 많은..우여곡절 끝에 나오게 되었습니다

혹시 일본 커피&티 하울 보신 분께서 혹시나 기억하실진 모르겠는데
제가 카렐 차팩에서 구입한 티 중에 색이 변하는 티가 있다고
그거 곧 보여드리겠다고 해놓고…. 영상을 안 들고 버텼죠!!!!!;ㅅ;

사실 이 영상을 만든건 그 영상 찍고 바로! 였어요
일단 색이 변하는 티가 너무 궁금했고,
그 티가 레몬그라스+페퍼민트 향이 첨가되있기도 했고
일본에서 먹었던 저 디저트가 인상적이여서
디저트랑 레몬차랑 같이 먹으면 좋겠다는 생각이었거든요

그래서 이왕에 저 디저트를 만드는 김에
바삭한 과자 부분은 그레놀라로 만들자
→ 그레놀라는 역시 요거트가 짱짱이니 두유 요거트를 만들면 어떨까?
→ 두유 요거트+그레놀라 영상을 먼저 만들고,
→ 그 그레놀라 만든걸로 요 레몬자를 만들어야지!!!!!
라고 생각하고 영상을 찍었지만
결국 그레놀라+레몬자 영상을 들고 온 것은

1년 동안 비건 두유 요거트 만드는 것에 실패했다는…(눈물)

아, 물론 시판 요거트 제품과 두유를 섞으면 두유 요거트를 만들 순 있는데,
시중에서 쉽게 구할 수 있는 재료로 비건 두유 요거트를 만드는 것은 쉽지 않더라구요
전 아직 모자르나봅니다ㅠㅠ

이왕에 제 계획대로 되었다면 더 좋았을 텐데
저번주 일요일에 휴가다녀왔는데
레시피 영상을 도저히 찍을 수가 없는 좀비 상태가 되버려서
영상 찍은 것도 없어 고민고민하다가 편집해서 올립니다
하…두유 요거트….망할 리쥬베락!!!!!!!!!!

그래도 당시 일부를 편집했던 덕분에
그 때 당시 사용했던 양을 적어놔서 영양 정보 산출이 가능했는데
정확하진 않으니 정말 참고만 부탁드릴게요!

+쓸때 없지만 저 디저트는 코튬(Coutume) 아오야마점에서 먹었는데
당연히 지금은 저 디저트가 없…겠죠..?
