[What is Epimedium?]

Epimedium extract is a popular aphrodisiac supplement and herbal sexual performance enhancer.It has a long history of traditional use in China for the alleviation of erectile dysfunction and for improving libido and fertility.

The Mucuna Pruriens Seed Powder from ZNaturalFoods.com I find to be the most potent. No longer do I take Valerian root, instead I will try to dose more Mucuna if needed. Also the Yohimbe Bark Powder from MountainRoseHerbs.com is extremely potent and should only be taken in 1/2 TBs increments I feel. It usually takes about 25-50 minutes to start to feel the effects. Never take these on an empty stomach. These supplements also are extremely beneficial if your body has been depleted of Dopamine and Serotonin.
