From 4Ks Recipes – Today we will learn how to make quick, Simple sweet recipe Doodh Kheer. This is unique recipe little different from regular kheer recipe we are using biscuit & Peda. This recipe can be prepared in many ways.

SERVINGS : 4 ( 4 TO 5 CUPS )
MEASUREMENTS : 1 CUP = 250 ML

INGREDIENTS
[ ]1 ltr Milk
[ ]8 Buscuits ( powdered )
[ ]6 Peda
[ Mix peda & biscuit powder in a milk separately to avoid lumps]
[ ]1/2 cup Sugar
[ ]1/2 tbs Cardmam powder
[ ]Roasted dry nuts

Tips: To avoid lumps, before adding Biscuit & peda mixture to boiling milk. Take little milk in separate vessel & add both peda & biscuit mixture.
