[Function]

For the rice:
1 C rice
water (or tomato juice) up to the 1 line
1 chicken or beef bouillon cube
1 garlic, minced
handful of cilantro, chopped (or you can substitute in parsley)
freshly ground black pepper

For the chicken:
broccoli florets
mozzarella cheese, thin slices or shredded
salt, pepper, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herbs for seasoning
cook for 350 °F for around 25-30 mins
top with shredded parmesan
