47 grs. Dates, 50 grs. Nuts, 150 grs. Seeds of Girasol, 7 grs. Pure cocoa powder
For the filling:
165 grs. Apple, 165 grs. Pumpkin, juice of an orange, 20 grs. Corn flour, 30 grs. Vanilla sugar.
For coverage:
60 ml. Of oat drink and 50 grs. Chocolate for desserts.
INGREDIENTES:
Para la masa:
47 grs. Dátiles, 50 grs. Nueces, 150 grs. Semillas de Girasol, 7 grs. Cacao puro en polvo
Para el relleno:
165 grs. manzana, 165 grs. Calabaza, zumo de una naranja, 20 grs. Harina de maíz, 30 grs. azúcar vainillado.
Para la cobertura:
60 ml. de bebida de avena y 50 grs. chocolate para postres.
