[What is cranberry]
Cranberries are a group of evergreen dwarf shrubs or trailing vines in the subgenus Oxycoccus of the genus Vaccinium. In Britain, cranberry may refer to the native species Vaccinium oxycoccos,while in North America, cranberry may refer to Vaccinium macrocarpon. Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
1/3 cup oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Method:
