As we all know that healthy eating habits includes sorrounding yourself with Healthy snack options which are high in essential nutrients and give you instant energy boost.So i want to share with you my version of protein balls.
This is very healthy ,very satisfying yet very easy to make recipe.you can eat it as a snack or to satisfy post meal DESERT CRAVINGS(if you have sweet tooth like me;-))

here is detailed recipe
1 cup Nuts of your choice (I used Almonds,Cashew,Pecans )
1/3 Cup Pumpkin seeds
1/4 Cup Chia seeds
1/4 Cup Flax seeds
8 to 9 large dates
2 TBSP coconut oil(Extra virgin)
2 TBSP cocoa powder

INSTRUCTIONS:
take all nuts and seeds in food processor and grind them coarsely.Then add Coconut oil ,Dates and Cocoa powder and mix them untill they become sticky and soft
Then scoop out little bit on your hand and make a balls .You can put them in air tight container in refrigerator .
And enjoy them as a SNACK or DESERT .This is healthy option for those who are trying to loose weight because it is loaded with all the essential nutrients which help in weight loss
