Ingredients-
250gm potatoes
1 small brinjal
250gm chana dal
1 tomato
1 onion
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp green chilli
1 bunch spinach
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Preparation-
Heat the oil.
Add onions,potatoes,brinjal,tomatoes,chana dal,garlic,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,green chilli,coriander powder and spinach.
Add salt,water and boil well.
Mash the mixture roughly.
Serve hot.
