Phytosterols are compounds found in plants that resemble cholesterol. The National Institutes of Heath report that there are over 200 different phytosterols, and the highest concentrations of phytosterols are found naturally in vegetable oils, beans and nuts. put 2 ounces almond milk in pan
add 1/4 cup organic rolled oats
teaspoon sunflower seeds
teaspoon pumpkin seeds
simmer on low while preparing the following;
organic portabella mushroom
organic grape tomatoes about 4
organic broccoli
and 1/3 avocado
3 organic eggs add 2 ounces almond milk and blend
add 1 teaspoon organic flax seed powder (I forgot this in video)
when oats are simmering for 3-4 minutes and almond milk gets absorbed in move it to the side of the pan
put 1 tablespoon oil in pan for eggs to cook in
add eggs and then the plate of veggies
simmer on higher heat for 3-4 minutes
add slice of organic cheese
and enjoy
