Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
1/3 cup oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
