Introduction:

In ancient times, garlic was used as a remedy for intestinal disorders, flatulence, worms, respiratory infections, skin diseases, wounds, symptoms of aging, and many other ailments. To date, more than 3000 publications from all over the world have gradually confirmed the traditionally recognized health benefits of garlic.

Although aged Garlic has so many benefits to human body, but it has a unpleasant odor. most of people do not like this taste ,so we use modern biological technology, to enrichment the elite containing in the Garlic and get rid of the odor of the product ,we call it aged garlic extract

Function:

Ingredients-Egushi
1/2 cup egusi/pumpkin seeds
(if using the powder 1/3 cup of ground egos is good)
1 tbsp ground flax seed + 2.5 tbsp water
1/2 cup water

Directions
1. to make the flax egg combine the ground flax seed and water and set aside
2. if using whole egusi place it in 1/4 cup of water and mix it. Then blend in a small blender, or use a hand blender to grind it into a thick paste. Add in 1/2 cup of water till it is a smooth paste, not too thick but not watery
3. if using the ground egusi mix 1/3 cup of the mix with 1/3 cup of water, if too thick add 1-2 tbsp till a smooth paste

Ingredients-Sauce
1 tbsp of oil
1/2 onion chopped
1 large thumb ginger minced
2 large bunches of collard greens, about 20 leaves
(if using spinach you will need an entire large container of baby spinach)
Spices: 1tbsp each: cumin, curry powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper.
1 tsp salt
1×50 mL Prego Pasta Sauce Original (but you can use any pasta sauce)
1 cup of water

Directions
1. In a pot at medium heat add the oil and then onions and ginger
2. When the onions are soft, add the spices and mix everything in well
3. Then add the water, the jar of tomato sauce and let the sauce cook at medium heat till it is thick
4. Add the egusi paste in clumps, place the pot at medium low and let the egusi clump up.
5. After 10 to 15 min, check the sauce to make sure it has clumped well rather than completely dissolved into the sauce
6. After add the collard greens, cover the pot and let it wilt.
7. After everything turn the heat off and set the sauce aside

You can eat with your choice of carbohydrate (not pasta) Hope you enjoy.

MORE Coffee Just Ripped From Shelves After FDA Finds Viagra-Like Drug in Them – Throw These Brands Out NOW!

There has been a recall of several coffee products throughout the country and not for a good reason. Studies have shown that some national coffee products have contained ingredients found in Viagra! Viagra is a prescription drug that helps men with issues like erectile dysfunction.

This is the third recall in just this year alone that the Food and Drug Administration has called for. The prescription drug substance can be very dangerous and even lethal. AMPT Life LLC allegedly shipped their coffee products with the following products inside of them, Sildenafil and Tadalafil. These were also found inside of Bestherbs Coffee which had been recalled two weeks ago. Back in May, the same drugs were found in Caverflo Natural Herbal Coffee.
It seems like it is only a matter of time before something like this happens again and we find out about it too late. Because this has happened with numerous coffee companies and it is not in any way an isolated incident. This appears to be an industry wide problem across the board. Thus, it should be handled accordingly.

Food and Wine reported the following on the recent incident saying,

“Last year, the FDA reported that Kopi Jantan Traditional Natural Herbs Coffee had added desmethyl carbodenafil to its blends, making four such recalls in 12 months. The infiltration of Viagra-like drugs making their way into our coffee products has us scratching our heads; after all, even the federal government spends millions—like, $84 million annually for the military alone—on erectile dysfunction medicines. It’s no secret these prescriptions are available on the legitimate drug market. So why do so many customers turn to herbal and other coffees to get their fixes?

We’re not sure, but there’s clearly a market for these coffees. For AMPT’s part, the blend is actually marketed as a libido booster. It’s not legal for over-the-counter foods and beverages to contain prescription drugs, however—and this particular brand also hid that its products contained milk, a known allergy for many people. People who take Viagra-like drugs and who also take nitrates—think: for high blood pressure or heart conditions—could face deadly consequences. In fact, the Caverflo recall came with one reported death in connection with the product. And of course, ingesting something to which you’re allergic, like milk, can have severe side affects.
“These products are typically promoted for sexual enhancement, weight loss, and body building, and are often represented as being ‘all natural,’” according to the most recent recall notice. The “FDA is unable to test and identify all products marketed as dietary supplements that have potentially harmful hidden ingredients.””

Bestherbs Coffee LLC recalled all their New Kopi Jantan Traditional Natural coffee and CNN reported the following on their problems as well,

“After an FDA laboratory confirmed the presence of desmethyl carbodenafil in the grounds, Bestherbs Coffee LLC recalled all New Kopi Jantan Tradisional Natural. Desmethyl carbodenafil is similar to sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra, an FDA-approved prescription drug for erectile dysfunction, according to the FDA. The undeclared ingredient may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs, such as nitroglycerin, and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. Men with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease often take medications that contain nitrates.

The coffee also contains undeclared milk, the recall announcement said. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the product.”

However, no reported illnesses have been documented. The product was advertised and promoted as a male enhancement product. And victims and customers alike were called via phone as well as contacted via the internet to indicate they needed to throw away their products. Considering it was for male enhancement purposes it makes sense now why traces of Viagra like ingredients were found inside the coffee since the pill is used for a similar purpose.
