ส่วนประกอบสำคัญ

1. Choline bitartate

จัดอยู่ในกลุ่มของวิตามินบีรวม มีความสามารถผ่านเข้าสู่สมองได้โดยตรง ซึ่งโคลีนเป็นสารตั้งต้นหลักในการสังเคราะห์สารสื่อประสาทที่มีชื่อว่า Acetylcholine ซึ่งเป็นสารสื่อประสาทสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความจำและการเรียนรู้ จึงเรียกได้ว่ามีบทบาทในพัฒนาการด้านการเรียนรู้ โดยเฉพาะระบบความจำ รวมถึงมีการศึกษาในการใช้เพื่อป้องกันและรักษาโรคความจำเสื่อม (Alzheimer’s disease) อีกด้วย

2. Ginkgo biloba (ใบแปะก๊วย)

ช่วยกระตุ้นการสร้าง prostacyclin และกระตุ้นการหลั่ง nitric oxide ซึ่งมีผลทำให้เกิดการคลายตัวของกล้ามเนื้อหลอดเลือด ยับยั้งการเกาะกลุ่มของเกร็ดเลือด ช่วยเพิ่มการหมุนเวียนเลือดที่สมอง ทำให้มีก๊าซออกซิเจนและอาหารไปเลี้ยงสมองเพิ่มมากขึ้น

3. Goji berry extract โกจิเบอร์รี่ หรือ เก๋ากี้

4. Blueberry extract

จะให้สาร anthocyanin มีคุณสมบัติเป็นสารต้านอนุมูลอิสระ ช่วยเพิ่มสารสื่อประสาทในสมองบริเวณที่เกี่ยวกับความจำ ทำให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ และเพิ่มความจำมากขึ้น

5. L – carnitine

เป็นกรดอะมิโนชนิดหนึ่ง มีบทบาทสำคัญในการผลิต Acetylcholine ซึ่งมีส่วนสำคัญสำหรับการทำงานของเซลล์สมองและเส้นประสาท มีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะต่อสมองและเซลล์สมองโดยตรง ช่วยปกป้องอาการสมองเสื่อมที่เกิดจากความชรา (Dementia) ช่วยเรื่องความจำ สมาธิ เพิ่มการผลิตพลังงานในสมอง ปกป้องเซลล์ประสาทจากสารพิษ อนุมูลอิสระ และช่วยรักษาสภาพตัวรับสารสื่อประสาทได้อีกด้วย
