How to prepare recipe. 1.First peel and than cut in to small pieces. 2.Put ghee in a pot. 3.Add sonf, elaichy and clove powder in a pan till they turns into golden colour. 4.Add kaddu pieces. 5.Add sugar or gur and cook till the sugar melts. 6.When kaddu thickens and turns into brownish colour then turn off your gas. 7.Sprinkle the coconut powder and garnish.
