Ingredients of Aloo Peper Dalna Recipe:
1. Kancha Pepe / Raw papaya / Green Papaya (400 gm).
2. Potatoes (2 medium sizes).
3. Tomato (1 big size).
4. Ginger paste (1 tsp).
5. Cumin seeds (¼ tsp).
6. Slitted green chilli (4 no).
7. Turmeric powder (½ tsp).
8. Garam masala powder (½ tsp).
9. Cumin powder (½ tsp).
10. Red chilli powder (¼ tsp).
11. Sugar (as per your taste).
12. Salt (as per your taste).
13. Mustard oil (3 tbsp).
14. Ghee (1 tsp).

Methods of How to make Aloo Peper Dalna At Home:
1. Heat the pan and adds 3 tbsp of mustard oil.
2. Ad ¼ tsp cumin seeds. Fry for 10 sec.
3. Add raw papaya and potatoes, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, and ¼ tsp salt. Mixed it well.
4. Fry them in high flame very well.
5. Add tomatoes and green chilli. Fry it for 1 min in high flame.
6. Now cook in low flame.
7. Add 1 tsp ginger paste, ½ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp salt, and ½ tsp sugar. Mixed it well.
8. Now cook in medium flame for 2 min.
9. Add 2 cups water. When boiling cover the lid for 10 min in medium flame.
10. After 10 min add ½ tsp garam masala powder and 1 tsp ghee. Mixed it well.
11. Cook for 1 or 2 min in high flame.
12. Put off gas oven and cover it for 5 min. Now Potato Papaya Curry is ready.
13. Serve hot Aloo Peper Dalna with hot steamed rice, roti, paratha, etc.
