[What is bilberry fruit]

Bilberry (Vaccinium Myrtillus L.) is a kind of perennial deciduous or evergreen fruit shrubs, mainly found in subarctic regions of the world as in Sweden, Finland and Ukraine, etc. Bilberries contain dense levels of anthocyanin pigments, which was said popularly to have been used by World War II RAF pilots to sharpen night vision. Detoxing Heavy metals
If you have much of mercury in body, it may be very helpful combining chlorella seaweed.

If having too much aluminium. For detox of aluminium combine to the frequencies MALIC ACID (for food purposes) , about 0.5 gr or less. Combine Magnesium. Detox with malic acid one day and pause one day to avoid stasis. If you recognize pain in muscle or problems with nervous system, then the aluminium cant get out all though malic acid. Chlorella Seaweed (approx 10-15 gr. or even more daily) helps at this stage to detox aluminium . Very good is also pectine (pectine about 20 gr and more; to avoid obstrcution: combine with Pyllium seed husks or wheat bran).
Check dose compared with symptoms!
Most aluminium goes out over kidneys and some over liver/gall/intestine. But if you take chlorella or pectin (helps also) most of it goes over liver/gall/intestine.
Chlorella cant reach the brain. Pectin stays in intestine. Only malic acid detox aluminium from brain. Pectin only detox intestines and avoiding aluminium from been taken up again into body).

To detox fluorine take Turmeric (up to 3 gr. daily or even more), but not on an empty stomach. Take also some black pepper to turmeric, it helps the take up on body of tumeric.
This is what i have read in internet and verifided through own experience .

Detoxing mercury is hard, but its even harder living with mercury. It brings mainly heart problems. If youve got much of mercury in your body, you should also detox brain with fresh coriander. But, before using coriander the whole other body must be free of mercury! And to reach that, you need – my own experience – pretty much chlorella. 30-50 gr. daily (without coriander) at the first step. Important: Only if you have much mercury. In other case, its enough taking less chlorella seaweed.

Check symptoms if you take chlorella, – if you got no detox symptoms, even with higher doses of chlorella, your body is free of mercury, but mostly the brain still not. You then need coriander for the last step detoxing brain. Fresh coriander is best. COMBINE CORIANDER WITH CHLORELLA ALWAYS (at least 10 gr. Chl. daily). Take more chlorella if detoxing with less chlorella brings too heavy symptoms. Detox 2-3 days, pause some days. Pause longer, if you have not much symptoms.

But there arises a little problem about iron. Iron is essential, but too much is very dangerous. In Chlorella theres about 50 milligram Iron at 100 gr. Chlorella.
Which rises the take up from iron: Gastric Acid (eg from arginin hcl, alcohol, vimegar), Vitamin C.

Oxalic acid lowers the take up of iron on body, but too much vitamin c can override this effect.
So if you detox with chlorella, drink teas with oxalic acid like peppermint, Chamomile, green tea, black tea. But not too much, because kindey stones may arise. Its all a question of right dose. One cup of tea for about 30 -50 gr chlorella are sufficient.

To prevent liver harming, use daily Acetylcysteine (about 1gr) and Silymarin of milk thistle! And if you find cheap one: Alpha lipoic acid (300 mg daily). Alpha liopic acid can also detox mercury, but sometims too muh. So check alway effects, if you take something, and dheck doses. All of that helps liver staying healthy while mercury comes to liver, and got through gall to intestinal. Watch out for yellow in skin and eyes: Bilirubin. Then take no chlorella, no coriander, no fat, only milk thistle extract. After a week it should be healthy again.
Because chlorella has much protein, dont eat protein in other food in that time. To prevent constipation by chlorella add Psyllium seed husks.
I suggest intestinal cleaning all 3 Weeks.

Check iron state at lab (my suggestion: each 3 month while detoxing with chlorella).
Too much iron brings symptoms like joint pain, finger pain, pancreas and liver problems. Blood letting is an easy way to get rid off iron. Dont let Iron got too high.
