1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cranberries

Directions:

Step 1:
In small bowl combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Set aside.

Step 2:
In large bowl combine sugar, butter, pumpkin puree, egg, vanilla extract.
Mix thoroughly, then combine dry ingredients, mix again.
Add cranberries and mix one last time.

Step 3:
Preheat oven at 350, and bake for 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
