Product Description

The wolfberry is harvested when the fruit is orange red. Recipe:
1 – 3 qt crock pot
1 large onion, chopped
10 oz spinach
1 (15 oz) can diced tomato
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon ginger, peeled and finely chopped
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (more if you like spicy food!)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon brown sugar
2 cup red lentils
4 cups vegetable broth
Cilantro, to taste
Juice of half a lemon or lime

Cook on low for 7-8 hours, or high for 3 – 4 hours. And Enjoy!
