I tried this product based on the reviews for its appetite suppression, and increased energy. I was planning on it being a jumpstart to get me back in control.

I’m a believer! I really like the flavor, and it does indeed work to control my hunger. I’m a stress eater, so for me to have a single serving of oatmeal at breakfast, and then this at lunch time – and nothing until dinner – WOW! I have a desk job with not a lot of walking involved, but I find myself getting up from my desk more often, as my energy level is so high that I don’t want to sit still. I’m not jittery, I just want to move! I have mixed it per the directions with 2 scoops to 8oz of water. It’s the only protein powder I have liked with just water. Any other brand I have tried needed to be mixed with milk for me to be able to drink it.

On the weight loss side of the appetite suppression – I started using this on Monday, and today is Thursday, and I have gone down a notch on my belt size.

I will definitely be purchasing this again.

My biggest concern is the packages arrive with no inner seal under the lid. This item is available through Walmart and has a seal under the lid and around the container. Other than that I was satisfied.

Very happy with product. More energy, less hungry. I use it as a replacement meal. I add 1/2 banana, blueberries or strawberries. I’m 75, play golf and am enjoying the extra energy
