[Introduction:]

Grape Juice concentrate extract  powder is another powerful antioxidant. It strengthens and protects living tissue and aids in circulation. It is a super antioxidant, 20-50 times more powerful than vitamin C, E and beta-carotene. As we age, our bodies produce less antioxidant to combat the aging process and therefore need to supplement with these. Grape seed extract contain natural bioflavonoids called proanthocyanidins which help support the health of the cell membranes from free radical damage. It also provides cardiovascular protection by preventing oxidation of lipoproteins, making them less likely to stick to blood vessel walls.

Creamy peanut curry

cook brown rice per serving
slice tofu and shallow fry
add soy sauce
slice half a pepper
slice onion
cut broccoli
slice mushroom
add to frying pan once tofu is cooked

to make sauce
one/two tbsp peanut butter per serving
add one vegetable stock cube
add sliced garlic (two cloves)
add oat milk (milk substitute) one and half cups (can substitutcz`ze with water)
add salt and pepper

simmer until thick
serve with sesame seeds and cashews

Tropical breakfast bowl

one cup oats
one banana
one cup blueberries
one tbsp organic hemp protein powder
two cups oat milk
blend

top with

flax, sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and goji berries
blueberries
chia seeds
apricot
passion fruit
coconut flakes
serve
