[What is Kava?]

Kava, also known as piper methysticum, kava kava, and ‘awa, is a small shrub native to the islands in the South Pacific. The root and stems are made into a non-alcoholic, psychoactive beverage that has been used socially and ceremonially for hundreds of years in Hawaii, Fiji, and Tonga.

Kava is traditionally prepared by placing ground root and stem into a porous sack, submerging in water, and squeezing the juice into a large, carved, wooden bowl. There are just a few and I can easily live with them. But I was so excited that this book was going to provide me with easy and quick methods guaranteed to solve my problem.

Do not buy this book. It is absolutely terrible. I will reveal a couple important secrets about this book. But basically, it is nothing like it promises.

So, I was so excited. I was absolutely certain that I would have success and then get to write a glowing review about this ebook online. With so many success stories and people talking so highly about it, I was certain. It’s hard to find a good ebook out there and this one was so highly regarded.

Anybody who gives this book a good review simply cannot be trusted because this book is awful.

Let me address the author’s claims one by one and debunk them for you:

1) How to finally rid of your stressful eye floaters, blocks of vision, the flashing lights – using a safe, natural and easy system.

Basically, this book is 61 pages long of filler material. On page 57, the book finally addresses a safe, natural and easy system. The book tells you to take Blueberry Extract with a small paragraph vaguely telling you why to take that. Then the next 2 paragraphs tell you to take Eyebright and Milk Thistle with a brief paragraph on each. Then there is a small section of maybe 4 paragraphs talking about Other Herbs.

Although the book does not say specifically the amounts to take, I would recommend using these products and following the recommended dosage under the care of your doctor.
