[How to get it]

First, we collect raw propolis from beehives, then extract by low temperature with ethanol. Filter and concentrate, we get the pure propolis block at 98%. Then Low temperature crushing, adding edible and medicinal excipients, finally we get propolis powder.

Propolis comes from the substance like natural resin, which is collected by the bees from exudates of plants branches and bud the chemical substances of Propolis are found to be various, such as beeswax, resin, incense lipids, aromatic oil, fat-soluble oils, pollen and other organic matter. ❤Ingredients and amounts PER SERVING ❤
1 cup of fresh Spinach
1 cup of butter lettuce
Roasted corn off the cob (About 2 Tablespoon)
Sun dried Cranberries (No sugar Added)
Onions To Taste
1/2 Sliced Avocado

SEASON MIX(JUST A RECOMMENDATION)
❤1/2 TSBP OF EACH (YOU WONT USE ALL DEPENDING ON CHICKEN AMOUNT) COARSE Sea Salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, dried parsley flakes, Garlic powder, Onion Powder, Italian Season , Coriander,Paprika, Cayenne Pepper

STEP 1 brush Chicken Breast with 1 TSBP of Coconut Oil And Juice Of Lemon

STEP Add Season Rub onto chicken Both side Let Sit For 30 Minutes

step 3 Over medium l heat spray your non stick pan or grill with non stick spray or 1/2 TSBP Of coconut oil sear chicken on both sides until golden brown (usually takes 3 minutes on each side depending on thickness of chicken)

Step 4 Let chicken Rest and Begin To Assemble Your Salad.
