Introduction:

First off: I KNOW IT LOOKS LIKE I’M NOT WEARING PANTS AT SOME POINTS. Come on, y’all. I know this is the vulgar kitchen, but lord, of course I’d wear pants! This ain’t that kinda video! Anyways, enjoy this recipe, which also happens to be dog-friendly as well! (Fun fact: my dog ate more of these muffins than I did)

INGREDIENTS:
– 2 1/2 cups almond flour
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/.3 cup maple syrup
– 2 eggs
– 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– juice and zest from 2 lemons
– 1 cup blueberries for batter, 1/4 cup blueberries for topping
