Ingredients
Broccoli 300g
Potatoes 300g
All purpose flour 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Processed cheese 50g
All purpose flour 2 tbsp for the paste
1/4 cup bread crumb

Method
Bar boil the potatoes in boiling water and let them cool for 10 minutes.
Grate the potatoes and keep it in big mixing bowl.
Grate the broccoli and put it the same bowl.
Add 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour, salt, green chilli coriander leaves and mint leaves. Mix it well.
Now shape these into balls almost of the size of a tennis ball.
Flatten it in between palms of your hand and place a small cheese cube in the middle of the flattened patty and cover the cheese ball from this potato mixture .
Flatten it again to form a small patty dip it in all purpose flour paste, roll it in bread crumb and deep fry in hot oil.
Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
