Resveratrol is an active component extracted from Huzhang (Polygonum cuspidatum) in China.

It is an antioxidant phenol and a potent vasodilator that inhibits serum triglyceride synthesis, lipid peroxidation, and platelet aggregation.

If you follow me on Snapchat you may have watched me talk about this amazing face mask that I have been loving SO much lately! It is so cooling and the three ingredients: Turmeric, Yogurt and Lemon are amazing to give you clear, glowing skin in no time. I recommend applying this mask on your skin once a week, atleast for one month. You should deff see a difference in your skin by then. The best part about this face mask is that every skin type can use it and benefit from it because of all the natural ingredients.

Here is the exact breakdown of the face mask:
1 tbsp of plain yogurt
1/4 tsp of turmeric
Half of lemon

Mix all ingredients together and apply on face. Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse face. If you are lighter than my skin, leave on for 7 minutes. Do not use too much turmeric as it can stain your skin (it will come off but still, it can be annoying).
