[Introduction]

Konjac is a plant that is found in China, Japan and Indonesia. The plant is part of the genus Amorphophallus. Typically, it thrives in the warmer regions of Asia.

The extract of the Konjac root is referred to as Glucomannan. Glucomannan is a fiber-like substance traditionally used in food recipes, but now it is utilized as an alternative means of weight loss. Along with this benefit, konjac extract contains other benefits for the rest of the body as well.

The main material of the natural konjac gum is fresh konjac, which grow in virgin forest in Hubei area. We use advanced method to distill the KGM, aminophenol, Ca, Fe, Se which are good for health. Konjac is known as“ the seventh nutriment for human”.

Does dairy cause man boobs? It’s one of the most persistent myths you’ll encounter: soy elevates estrogen levels and suppresses testosterone. But is it true?

Fortunately, there is no evidence to back up the persistent myth that soy causes “man boobs” (gynecomastia) or any other negative hormonal effects.

A comprehensive study published in the journal Fertil Steril showed that soy did not have feminizing effects, even when soy was consumed at levels much higher than those of asian men. This has been the case in repeated studies.

So we have proven that phytoestrogens do not cause an increase in human estrogen levels, nor do they reduce testosterone. And yet paranoia keeps many men from consuming soy out of a false belief that it might “feminize” them. This could not be farther from the truth.

On the other hand, soy can actually help with a number of health issues that threaten public health. Soy has been linked to reduced risk of coronary heart disease and cancer. In fact, some studies go so far as to encourage plentiful soy consumption early in life, since it’s been shown to reduce the risks of so many diseases.

Hello my cookies!!! I hope you all had an amazing week!! The warmer weather is finally here!! Graduation day is right around the corner (for some) and I have seen a ton of makeup requests. Today I decided to film my current sweat proof routine with a fresh eye look. I wanted to stay away from any heavy products or liners. This routine has lasted hours time and time again.
