Marigold flower belongs to compositae family and tagetes erecta. It is an annual herb and widely planted in Heilungkiang, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Yunnan , etc.The marigold we used comes from Yunnan province. Pumpkin (baked) Oatmeal
-1/2 cup oats
-1 cup water
-1 tbs pumpkin puree
-1 tbs maple syrup
-1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
-1 banana
-toppings
How to: Heat water and oats and stir until thickened. Add in half the banana (mashed) and the maple syrup and continue to stir. take of the heat and add in spice and pumpkin then add your toppings of choice! If you want to bake it, place it in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 350.

Pumpkin Pancakes
-1/4cup buckwheat flour
-1 banana
-2 egg whites
-1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
-1/4 tsp baking powder
How to: Blend all ingredients and cook like normal for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Fall Granola
-1 1/2cup oats
-2/3 cup buckwheat groats
-2/3 cup almonds
-1/3 cup dried cranberries
-1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
-1 tbs chia
-1 tbs hemp seeds
-3 tbs maple syrup

How To: Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread onto baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 350.
