Pumpkin Spice Muffin
· 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour

· 1/2 cup stevia

· 1/2 tablespoon baking powder

· 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

· 1 teaspoon cinnamon

· 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

· pinch Salt

· 1/2 cup canned pumpkin purée

· 1/4 cup almond milk

· 2 tablespoons plus two teaspoons applesauce

· 1 tablespoons maple syrup

· 1 teaspoons vanilla extract

Cinnamon Apple Chips
· 2 apples

· 1 tsp cinnamon

· 1 tsp stevia

Bake 2-3 hours at 200F

Avocado Hummus

· 3/4 cup chick peas

· half avocado

· handful cilantro

· 1 tablespoon lime juice

· 2 tablespoons water

· salt

· red peper flakes optional!
