Directions:
1. Take the bread pieces and cut the edges, flatten it with rolling pin.
2. Place the flatten bread pieces and cut into round shape with a cutter. Place them in muffin moulds coated with butter..
3. Bake the muffins at 180 degree C for 5 to 6 minutes.
4. For the stuffing Heat a pan and add finely chopped onions, garlic, butter saute it for a minute.
5. Now add chopped carrot, sweet corn, celery, salt, all purpose flour mix it well.
6. Then add white pepper powder, oregano, milk, cream keep mixing it for 2 minutes.
7. Add nutmeg powder mix it well and pour this mixture in the bread cups and add the grated cheese on top.
8. Bake it for 200 degree C for 10 minutes.
