[What is green tea extract]

Green tea is the second largest beverage demanded by consumers worldwide. Used in China and India for its medicinal effects. There are several compounds extracted from green tea including catechins which contain an enormous amount of hydroxyphenols that are easily oxidized, congregated and contracted, which explains its good anti-oxidation effect. Its anti-oxidation effect is 25-100 times as strong as those of vitamin C and E.

It is widely used in medicines, agriculture, and chemical and food industries. This extract prevents cardio-vascular disease, lowers the risk of cancer, and decreases blood sugar and blood pressure, as well as viruses. The addition of A3-99 to its commercial production capabilities is part of its previously announced stevioside expansion project.
A3-99 extracts are among the highest quality stevioside extracts produced in the world and are used in the pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries. Sunwin Stevia has completed testing for this production process making it one of a select few producers of A3-99 in China. Management expects to begin delivering shipments of the A3-99 to Zhejiang Huisong Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical customer in China, in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013 which begins in February 2013. Ingredients:

150g almonds
150g sunflower seeds
600g onion
40g soy sauce
40g maple syrup
80g flax seeds
10g garlic
10g ginger
20g sesame seeds

Instructions:

1. soak almonds and sunflower seeds overnight.
2. put all the ingredients except for flax seeds in a food processor and blend until smooth.
3. make flax seed into powder.
4. add flax seed to the mixture.
5. spread the mixture on a teflex sheet.
6. dehydrate at 118F/48C for a couple of hours.
7. flip it over and keep dehydrating until crisp (about 24 hours more)

「作り方」

１、アーモンドとサンフラワーシードを一晩浸水しておきます。
２、フラックスシード以外の材料を全てフードプロセッサーにかけて滑らかにします。
３、フラックスシードをミルサーなどで粉末状にします。
４、フラックスシードを生地に加えます。
５、テフレックスシートに生地を広げます。
６、４８℃で数時間ほど乾燥させます。
７、ひっくり返してテフレックスシートを取り除き、カリカリになるまでさらに乾燥させます。（ここからさらに２４時間くらいかかります。）
