What does tribulus do? It supposedly works by increasing the body’s levels of luteinizing hormone, which then stimulates an increase in testosterone production.

But does tribulus boost testosterone to any significant degree? Is tribulus worth it as a muscle building supplement to include in your plan?

Here’s the key thing to always keep in mind: the plain fact of “boosting testosterone” on its own really is meaningless in the big picture.
