For dough-
2 cup Semolina (Sooji) (380 gms)
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
200 ml water

For filling-
1 tbsp oil
2-3 green chillies
3 onions (small)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
50 gms beans
50 gms capsicum
300 gms cabbage
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soya sauce
Oil for frying
