[What is St. John's wort]

1.Wash, peel and soak carrots in warm water for 30mins.
2.Thinly slice the carrots . Spread the carrots a tray or a large plate and and place under the sun to dry for 8days. Make sure
you cover the tray with a net or a thin cloth to prevent insects and dust from getting into contact with the slice.
3.5th day grind well and dry in the sun for 3 days.
4.8th day grind well and sieve the carrot powder,transfer back the
remaining amount into mixer and grind again.
