2003 Southern Living Wellness insert

Cranberry Cinnamon Granola Bars
2 cups how fat granola cereal
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1 large egg slightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Cooking spray

Combine first 6 ingredients, and spread
mixture evenly in an 8 inch baking dish coated
with cooking spray.
Bake 350 for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool and cut into bars, and store
in an air tight container.
