[Brief Introduction]

Green Coffee Bean Extract is sourced from Europe and is standardized to more than 99% Chlorogenic Acid. Chlorogenic Acid is the compound present in coffee. Which has been long known as for its beneficial properties. This active ingredient akes Green Coffee Bean an excellent agent to absorb free oxygen radicals; as well as helping to avert hydroxyl radicals, both which contribute to degradation of cells in the body.Green Coffee Beans have strong polyphenols which act to help reduce free oxygen radicals in the body, but it is standardized to more than 99% Cholorgenic Acid, a dietary polyphenol that helps to regulate metabolism.Test results showed Green Coffee Bean had more than double the rate of oxygen radical absorbance capability when compared to green tea and grape seed extracts

Please note: I found many blackened grains in the millet and also hulls from the grains and I emailed a picture to the company and were supposed to send a replacement, and asked for buckwheat instead, but never sent.
VERY IMPORTANT: please do not just rinse the grains and put in the pot to cook, as I also found little small bugs. For some this may not be a big deal, but as an observant Torah Jew, it is, as we are not permitted to eat bugs. Best way to check is after measuring the amount you want in a cup and before washing, take a white paper plate (thanks, Mom, as I learned this from you) and pour some on the plate that have enough room to look through it, and look through it and then remove the bad grains and then put what is good in the pot and keep doing till you finish checking it all. If you do not want to have to do this, better to get a package of millet from another company that already has kosher certification on the package, as this one doesn’t.
