[What is cranberry]
Cranberries are a group of evergreen dwarf shrubs or trailing vines in the subgenus Oxycoccus of the genus Vaccinium. first time,i tried to make pumpkin shaped cup cake using this mold because this mold is for making cup cakes,but the mold was too large for my oven…so i tried again!;)

I am one of those people who have read about celebrities loosing tons of weight in no time by taking .Garcinia Cambogia. I have gained some unwanted pounds on my last cruise, just enough to make my clothes tighter and make me feel a little uncomfortable. I decided to give this supplement a try………..Before taking I wanted to find out exactly what is in this product and what is it supposed to do?

I started taking the supplement a little over a week ago.The directions suggest that you take 2 capsules 20-30 minutes befor a meal and follow it with at least 8oz of water. The capsules are a beigy color and a little bigger than some others but were not hard to swallow and left no weird after taste like others I have tried.After taking them, a short while later I do feel a little caffeine type of rush, not over fidgity at all. I was never a big snacker but it does help me stay fuller and in the afternoon I can get by with a yogurt to satisfy me. I do go on to eat a health dinner. It does not take away the craving for a nice sweet dessert. Your will power will have to help you with that. I also drink green tea and at least 3 16oz bottle of water a day. I was given the opportunity to purchase the Garcinia Cambogia for my honest and unbiased opinion. The capsules are not a miracle weight loss pill. Do not believe the celebrity ads that tell you so and so lost all this weight just by taking Garcinia Cambogia. NOT TRUE….!! They will help to suppress your appetite You still need to eat healthy, drink lots of water and get some exercise. the After using them for a little over a week I have lost about 11/2 pounds. I will keep taking the Garcinai Cambogia and I will check back in a few weeks to report my progress….. It is not an overnight miracle but so far so good. A slow process.
