Broccoli is a member of the cabbage family, and is closely related to cauliflower. Its cultivation originated in Italy. Smoothie recipe ( quantity of ingredients depends on the size of blender and consumer preference):
Frozen Strawberries
Fresh Mango
Milk (we used whole milk)
Yogurt (we used whole yogurt)
Honey
Place strawberries, mango, milk, yogurt, and little bit of honey into blender or smoothiemaker and let it run until the ingredients are blended together and the mixture is smooth (no lumps). Pour into princess cup and enjoy!
