毎月、季節のテーマに合わせて「絵本の中みたいなレシピ」をお送りするWEEKEND TABLE。 2月のテーマは“1日の始まりの朝ごはん”です。

いつまでたっても布団が恋しい冬の朝は、早起きのごほうびを準備しておくのがおすすめです。

そんな時のために今回は、朝だからこそ罪悪感なく味わえる甘くて美味しいデザート「大きな大きなバナナプリン」に挑戦してみました。

とろとろのプリンとホイップクリーム、それからバナナをたっぷり使って、お家で作れる食後のデザートの完成です。

それではレシピをみてみましょう。

〈材料〉6人分
●プリン
・コーンスターチ　…　大さじ2
・砂糖　…　1/2カップ
・卵黄　…　2個分
・牛乳（1）用…　大さじ6
・牛乳（2）用　…　1.5カップ
・バニラエッセンス　…　小さじ1
・クッキー　…　適量
・無塩バター　…　55g
・バナナ　…　適量

●ホイップクリーム
・生クリーム　…　400ml
・砂糖　…　1/4カップ

〈作り方〉
(1)ボウルにコーンスターチ・砂糖・牛乳・卵黄を入れ、かき混ぜます。
(2)鍋に牛乳を入れ、沸騰する直前くらいまで温めます。温まったら、(1)を加え、弱火でしっかり混ぜ合わせます。
(3)3分ほど熱してとろみがでたら、火を消して無塩バター・バニラエッセンスを加え、混ぜましょう。
(4)(2)をなめらかになるように裏ごしし、冷蔵庫で１時間冷やします。
(5)プリンをつくっていきます。スライスしたバナナと砕いたクッキーを層になるようにのせましょう。（バナナはトッピング用に少し残しておきます。）
(6)その上に(4)を注ぎます。バナナとクッキーが隠れたら、余ったクッキーでトッピングしましょう。
(7)砂糖を加えてホイップした生クリームを注ぎ、仕上げにバナナを飾ったら完成です♩

TABLE IDEA –今回のポイント-
テーブルに乗りきらなかったり、他のメニューとはちょっと分けたい料理の時は、高さの違うサイドテーブルを使ってみましょう。

専用の取り皿をちょこんと一緒に置いておくと、ちょっと特別な一品になりますよ。
