Hi all… So this is a VLOG about my experience (Edventure as EdandJenn put it.. .aren’t they great!) with the Pure Green Coffee Bean extract in vegetarian capsules… nothing else is added to the pills I purchased.

Directions are 800 mgs 1-2 times per day. Really the idea is before a meal because the interaction of the chlorogenic acid on your glucose levels is what the study explained was so special about the acid in raw macerated coffee beans.

Some things to think about… we are to drink a lot of water with the pills because they are bitter… and so you need to take into consideration how GREAT water is for our body and the possible effect on weight loss. Also, as Tim Ferris explains, when you are accountable, diet results tend to be more positive than when you are not… so also take into consideration my personal accountability by publically admitting I am trying this and checking in twice a week.

With that said, here are my numbers (same scale, bone density stayed the same):
Sunday 130.2 lbs
Monday 129.4 lbs; 29.1% body fat; 49% water
Tuesday 126.4 lbs; 29.3% body fat; 48.8% water
Wednesday 126.2 lbs; 29.4 % body fat; 48.7% water
Thursday 128 lbs; 28.6% body fat; 49.2% water

Please also note that on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday I didn’t eat much… I was working like crazy and took supplements, protein shakes, etc. instead so that I didn’t need to take a break for lunch.
